At Daddies Board Shop, we want you to be stoked on your new gear; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange any un-used items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Condition

  Ensure your gear is in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags still attached.

• 2.
  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label or use your own preferred carrier to send the package back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
